Star has the privilege of being the first hexer born in over a century.
To make matters worse her polar-opposite twin sister Angel is the charmed one and has been named heir by their overbearing grandmother and Coven Matriach.
Meanwhile Star's 'gift' has brought her the unwanted attentions of the Witch Hunters. She now has to learn to swim with her new company - or at least not get too burned!
I have been writing Star's story over several years so it has grown and evolved with me and has ultimately changed significantly from my original idea. She is Sam's second cousin from Death's Daughter so it is all set in different parts of the same world.
Her backstory is now being written and I hope to enter it in a competition (see the Sleeping Dragons page).
